For my ‘skyping while drinking whiskey book club’, we’re reading Days of Destruction, Days of Revolt. This is posing a major problem for me. For, you see, whiskey makes me happy. I’ve always found it interesting that the Simon and Garfunkel reference to Daniel Berrigan (in Me and Julio Down By the Schoolyard) is about Berrigan bailing the boys out of jail. Seems like it should be the other way around, right?
