Welcome to the first installment of Viewer Discussion Advised with Jeffrey Overstreet.

I’m reading through my film reviews, just to see if my feelings about them have changed, and to add occasional tangents.

Nothing fancy: Just me, a voice recorder, and the sounds of my surroundings.

In this case, you’ll hear the traffic passing my house as I record in my backyard.

Ideally, you’d be hearing the sounds of the backwoods in the Ozark Mountains, because I’m talking about the film Winter’s Bone.

Here’s the review. Enjoy.
