Justin Phillips

Justin Phillips serves as the executive editor for The Other Journal. Justin has experiences in higher education, both as faculty and in student life, as well as in nonprofits working for criminal justice reform. Currently, he does community outreach for Century Harvest Farms and teaches in Knoxville, Tennessee. Justin blogs about race and religion in the South at justinrphillips.com. His first book on that subject, Know Your Place: Helping White, Southern Evangelicals Cope with the End of The(ir) World, was published by Cascade in May 2021.
