What I find most interesting about the article is Justice Brian Morris’s argument resting on the ‘analogous’ decision previously madeĀ in regard to the forbidding of American Indian’s use of peyote in their religious rituals (while the government makes billions off of white ‘legal’ intoxicants) and Jimmy Swaggart’s line of propaganda-predicated accessories.

Really? You really think this is in the same camp/universe/space-time continuum of Swaggart not trying to pay taxes on the cheesy wares he hocks?

I’m guessing it doesn’t take much to be a justice.
