Beginning next Monday we’ll host a three-week symposium on Graham Ward’s new book in the Church and Postmodern Culture Series: The Politics of Discipleship: Becoming Postmaterial Citizens. The symposium will replay a panel discussion of the book sponsored by the Christian Theological Research Fellowship at the recent meeting of the American Academy of Religion in Montreal.
Contributors will be Ronald Kuipers, Senior Member in Philosophy of Religion at the Institute for Christian Studies in Toronto, and Luke Bretherton, Senior Lecturer in Theology and Politics at King’s College London.
We’ll then post a response from Graham Ward, Professor of Contextual Theology at the University of Manchester.
