Brandon Wrencher offers a theological and liberationist reading of the story of Cain and Abel.
Brandon Wrencher is the founding pastor of the Good Neighbor Movement, an inclusive, justice-seeking, person-of-color–led network of house churches, influenced by the antebellum hush harbors and Latin American basic ecclesial communities. Wrencher is also developing Liberating Church, a national collective that supports innovative and decolonized expressions of Christian community. He is married to Erica, a public educator and church planter, and they have two sons, Phillip and Morris.
