Cara Strauss works in Bolivia with women in prostitution. As a direct result of growing up in Ethiopia and Kenya, she suffers frequent cravings for injera, chai, and chapatis. She loves being surrounded by snow-capped mountains and trying to coax herbs to grow in frigid weather.
