Noel Forlini Burt has a PhD in biblical studies and early Christianity from Drew University, a certificate in spiritual formation from Upper Room Academy for Spiritual Formation, and a certificate in spiritual direction from Truett Seminary. She teaches widely in the areas of Bible and spiritual formation, and she is the author of Hope in the Wilderness: Spiritual Reflections for When God Feels Far Away from Cascade and Encounters in the Dark: Identity Formation in the Jacob Story from Semeia.
