Preston Hill explores the loss of faith in God after trauma and the positive place of doubt in the Christian life.
Preston Hill is an assistant professor of integrative theology at Richmont Graduate University, an assistant theology editor at The Other Journal, and a research fellow at the University of St Andrews. His research is among the first to consider Christ’s descent into hell in the theology of John Calvin and has been published in Calvinus Fater in Domino, Reformation and Renaissance Review, and a forthcoming volume by Vandenhoeck and Ruprecht. He is also a coauthor with Scott Harrower and Joshua Cockayne of Dawn of Sunday: The Trinity and Trauma-Safe Church and the editor of the forthcoming Christ and Trauma: Theology East of Eden.
